All your post comments in one list

What people said on your posts, from every platform, in one list.

What it's for

When a post goes out, the replies land wherever they land - some on Instagram, some on Facebook, some on Threads. Each one wants its own app and its own scroll, and the one that matters is always on the platform you did not open today.

This gathers them into one list: who said it, on which platform, how long ago, and which of your posts they were looking at.

There are two of these, and that is on purpose

This tab, for when you are already at the desk with the app open.

And a page of its own, at app.sundry.works/comments, for a ten-second look on the phone. It shows the same list and it is the one to use from a phone - because opening the app takes the catalogue, and a glance at your comments would quietly stop your computer saving until you pressed Take over. The page touches nothing, so it costs nobody anything.

The address is on the Configuration tab, on the Comments card, along with a button to copy it.

Reading it

A quiet comment - a bare emoji, a single word - is dimmed rather than hidden, and a comment you have dealt with is struck through rather than removed. Nothing is ever taken off the list by the app, because anything hidden is something missed, and missing one is the whole thing this is built against.

Done puts a comment away when you have answered it or decided not to. That press is the point: without it, everything anybody has ever said is on screen for ever and the list stops being read.

The line at the top says when it last looked. A list that is empty because nothing was said and a list that is empty because it could not reach the server look identical, so it tells you which.

It shows, it does not answer

There is no reply box, and that is a decision rather than something still to come. Replying means carrying failed sends, retries and half-sent messages, and every one of those is a new way for this to break - while a broken one shows an empty list, which looks exactly like nobody having said anything.

So each comment links out to the real post instead. The platform's own app is better at replying anyway, and you were going to open it to write properly.

Only the platforms you have connected on the Configuration tab can be read, and each one only hands over comments on posts it knows about - so comments on a post you made by hand, outside Sundry Works, will not appear here.
