Effective September 15, 2026.

The short version: your paintings are yours, this is offered as-is, and how you use it is on you. The rest is that, written out properly.

Using this

By using Sundry Works, the desktop app, the phone copy, or the scheduler, you are agreeing to these terms.

Your paintings stay yours

Every photograph, story and record you put into Sundry Works is yours. Using the app to catalogue, print, or publish it does not give Sundry Works any rights to it beyond what is needed to run the feature you asked for.

AI-written text is a draft

A story or caption drafted by AI is a starting point, not a fact. Read it before you print it, post it, or put it on a certificate. Sundry Works is not responsible for something an AI got wrong that you did not catch.

Suggested prices are not advice

Any price the app suggests is a starting point drawn from your own records, not an appraisal, and not financial or tax advice. Pricing your own work is your call.

The scheduler

Connecting Instagram, Facebook, Threads, or Bluesky means Sundry Works posts on your behalf, on the schedule you set. You are responsible for what goes out through your account, the same as if you had posted it yourself. An account that uses the scheduler to break a connected platform's own rules, or to post anything illegal, can be suspended.

No warranty

Sundry Works is offered as-is. The desktop installer is not code-signed, so download and install it at your own judgment. We do not promise it is free of bugs, or that it will always be available.

Limits on liability

Sundry Works is not liable for lost data, lost sales, or anything else that follows from using or being unable to use the app, beyond what the law requires.

Changes

These terms can change. Using Sundry Works after a change means you have accepted the new version.
